Having secured our market-leading position in this segment, the focus moved to developing the Traditional & Modern Trade channels through Direct Distribution, to improve customer inflows. Currently, 11 Whole & 24 Direct Distribution offices service + 20,000 POS locations across the Kingdom, optimizing trade relations and customer focus. Whilst an agrressive retail expansion plan aims to have more than 200 stores operational by the end of 2009.

Our retail network provides a clear advantage in geographic reach, enabling practically 100% coverage of the customer base through a steadily expanding network of stores. Numerous formats and optimum locations ensure targeted exposure to our varied customer segments enabling convenient access, backed by quality customer service.
To ensure seamless delivery across the Kingdom, we have invested heavily in a turnkey logistic solution comprising of warehouses and a fleet of 300 vehicles. Centralizing and and automating stock planning for the Retail operation and outsourcing deliveries to professional logistics partners like DHL and Federal Express, has led to a step change in managing retail availability and cost.
